My Skills

Personal exprerience and skills

Molecular Biology

Composition, structure and function of the macromolecules.

Cell Culture

Process by which cells are grown under controlled conditions, generally outside their natural environment.

Western Blotting

Through this technique researchers can identify specific proteins from a complex mixture of proteins extracted from cells.

Protein Expression

It refers to the way in which proteins are synthesized, modified and regulated in living organisms.

In Vitro

Technique of performing a given procedure in a controlled environment outside of a living organism.

In Vivo

Preclinical research requires in vivo models with fully functional immunity: syngeneic tumor models, xenografts, cre-loxp.

Biochemistry

Through this technique researchers can identify specific proteins from a complex mixture of proteins extracted from cells.

Flow Cytometry

Laser-based technology to analyze the characteristics of cells or particles.
